New Life Cardio Equipment Warranty

In order to ensure our customers receive the upmost satisfaction with our product we offer a warranty with all of our items. More details on what we cover below.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

for any purchase over $500 you will receive a one year in parts and 3 months in labor warranty in cases where you are out of state we will hire a technician in your area and cover the fee. We will also ship you out the part to your home after proceeding with an over the phone diagnosis.

30 DAY GURANTEE 

For any Purchase under $500 you will receive a 30 day guarantee to ensure our equipment has been tested properly and is in perfect working condition.

Instore Warranty 

If you purchase your equipment inside of either our Los Angeles or Savannah showroom the warranty is the same as above with the exception of pickups. If you do decide to pickup your equipment yourself then be aware that the equipment MUST be brought back in order to initiate an exchange or for repair.

What we do not cover

New Life Cardio Equipment is not responsible for the following issues. 
Belt adjustment, Improper use (exceeding weight limit), Weather Damage and overall negligence.

Return Policy:

All sales are final with the exception of the item getting lost/damaged in transit upon arrival.
There are 3 ways to return your product to our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
1.) Drop off the item yourself.
2.) Schedule our truck for a pickup at your residence: Only available for returns within 80 miles of Los Angeles, CA.
3.) Ship the item back to our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA: Must be shipped on a pallet, secured and covered with cardboard and plastic wrap.


* NOTE: New Life Cardio is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping of items back to our warehouse.

15% restocking fee will be applied if equipment is not damaged.

Pickups and Deposits:

For deposits - 

Local customers have the opportunity to leave a deposit at our Los Angeles warehouse. Once you leave the initial deposit clients have a maximum of two weeks to pay the remainder of the balance. If you fail to pay the balance within this two week period you forfeit your deposit.

Please note, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

For Pickups -

Once the equipment has been paid in full you have a maximum of two weeks to pick up the equipment if you wish not to proceed with our local delivery option. After the two week period you will be charged a 15% storage fee on top of the sales price.
