Return Policy:
All sales are final with the exception of the item getting lost/damaged in transit upon arrival.
There are 3 ways to return your product to our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
1.) Drop off the item yourself.
2.) Schedule our truck for a pickup at your residence: Only available for returns within 80 miles of Los Angeles, CA.
3.) Ship the item back to our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA: Must be shipped on a pallet, secured and covered with cardboard and plastic wrap.
* NOTE: New Life Cardio is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping of items back to our warehouse.
DOOR TO DOOR DESCRIPTION:
Door to door means, outside your home or inside your garage. If you live in an apartment, the drop will be to your apartment building front or back door unless your apartment door is easily accessible from the street. You can select a door drop / garage drop delivery option at the checkout screen.
Note: Any delivery more than 10 feet from the curb/street will incur additional delivery charges.
WHITE GLOVE INSTALLATION:
We will teach you how to properly use your new treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike or rower, and how to best maintain the health of the machine.
White-Glove installation price is $149.00 (delivery fee is separate).

* NOTE: White-Glove Installation service is for local deliveries only, you must be within 13501 S. Main Street Los Angeles, CA 90061, United States. White-Glove Installation is never included in the delivery or shipping price.
In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product. The company will arrange for pick up from the customer’s shipping address but in situations where we are unable to arrange for a pickup you can self-ship the product back to us and we will refund the return shipping charges.
- The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.
- All customers must contact NewLifeCardioEquipment.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
- NewLifeCardioEquipment.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to NewLifeCardioEquipment.com or the Absence of the return code and/or order number.
- We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.
- To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund: Always process a return following our Return procedure
- METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
For your Security, refunds will only be transferred back to the Original Mode of Payment you used when placing your order.
- REFUND :
You will usually receive your refund within 5 business days. It may take a few working days (s) longer according to the bank process. Please contact us if you notice it takes too long for the refund to reach you.
